Effective July 15, 2026. This page explains how Youlief orders are shipped in the United States, and our return policy.
We ship to eligible addresses in the United States. Services, charges and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout. If checkout does not offer service to an address, contact us before ordering.
Orders ship through USPS, using the service identified at checkout or in your shipping confirmation. Delivery estimates are carrier estimates and are not guarantees. Weather, holidays, high-volume periods, remote destinations and events outside reasonable control may cause delay.
Tracking is emailed when available. Please check your name, unit, street address, ZIP code and contact information before submitting your order. Contact us immediately for a correction — changes are not guaranteed once fulfillment begins.
Email [email protected] immediately with your order number. We will try to help before fulfillment begins, but cancellation is not guaranteed. A shipped order cannot be cancelled.
Contact us promptly with your order number, a description, and photographs of the product, shipping carton and label where relevant. Keep the item and packaging while we investigate. Depending on the facts and applicable law, the remedy may include replacement, reshipment, refund or another appropriate resolution.
Check USPS tracking and the delivery location first. Contact us if tracking has not updated for an unusual period, or the parcel appears lost. We may ask the carrier to investigate.
We do not accept voluntary returns or exchanges, including for change of mind, preference, sensitivity, ordering error or unopened products. All sales are final after shipment. This does not limit rights or remedies that cannot be excluded by law for damaged, defective, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods. Please do not mail a product back without written instructions from us.
